The legitimacy for the treatment of your data is the fulfillment of a legal obligation or, where appropriate, the execution of a contract derived from the provision of the passenger transport service.

The data provided will be kept for the time necessary to comply with legal requirements. No data will be transferred to third parties, except legal obligation, and you have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (www.aepd.es).
