Public transport users will have the right to obtain currency exchange up to a note of €20.
The company holding the concession will have the obligation to comply with the expeditions and schedules established by the administration and allow access, in said expeditions, to users who pay the price of the service as long as there are places available. Once they are occupied, there is no obligation to increase the number of buses in an expedition.
Passengers who carry objects that affect the comfort or safety of the rest of the occupants of the vehicle or who are accompanied by animals may be prevented from accessing the bus, except in the case of guide dogs accompanying blind passengers.
Children under five years of age accompanied by adults will not have to pay the price of the ticket, although they must give up their seat to other occupants when there are no empty seats, and in this case they must travel on the lap of the accompanying adult.
Passengers on public bus transport services will have the right to:
a) Have at their disposal vehicles in adequate technical and clean conditions.
b) The supply of complaint forms and indication of the procedure for the claim.
c) Make claims before the Arbitration Board of Galicia regarding those breaches of the transport company that have economic content.
d) To be able to identify on the front of the vehicle the name or logo of the concessionaire company and the identification of the concession, and origin and destination of the service that the bus is providing.
e) For any claim it will be mandatory to present the corresponding travel ticket.
The use of buses implies the acceptance by passengers of the following obligations:
a) Access to them through the front door and leaving through the rear or central door.
b) Non-interference with the driver while they are driving or causing inconvenience to the rest of passengers.
c) Give reserved seats to people with reduced mobility.
d) Access with packages or objects that, without being prohibited, hinder navigation inside the bus must be done following the drivers instructions and always trying to minimize inconvenience, for example, using the areas of the bus with more empty spaces.
Users of transportation services will be prohibited from:
a) Smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages, as well as eating inside the vehicle in the circumstances that are generally specified on the posters displayed inside the vehicle.
b) Lean out of the vehicle windows.
c) Make noise.
d) Reserve seats or occupy those intended for people with reduced mobility.
e) Practicing begging or carrying out propaganda or publicity activities.
f) Obstruct the passage or hinder the access or abandonment of the vehicle.
The breach of the obligations of the users and the fact of travelling without having an adequate ticket, constitute a minor infraction (art. 142.20 and 143.1 of Law 16/1987 of July 30 of the Regulation of Land Transport) that may determine the Imposition of a penalty of up to €200. It is mandatory to keep the ticket until the end of the journey.
Arriva informs users that the Xunta has proceeded to review fares, starting to rate per km travelled as of 08/14/2015.

Proof of delay can only be done from the offices, since to make said certificate, it is necessary to make certain checks to be able to prove said delay, these checks can take up to two days, which is the minimum time to have the information.
The stop request, both inside and outside the bus, must be made with enough time so that the driver can react and stop the vehicle without problems. In no case, a stop can be made outside the area designated for it.
Drivers are obliged to provide the information requested by users as long as they know it.
Arriva allows the transport of pets under the following conditions:
a) The pet will travel under the responsibility of the owner, who will go on the same bus.
b) Maximum one pet per vehicle, which will travel in the storage hold.
c) The pet will travel in a carrier or other item intended for this purpose, rigid and waterproof provided by the traveler.
For safety reasons, we recommend NOT travelling with pets on dates and times when the ambient temperature is above 25ºC.
Arriva allows the transport of bicycles under the following conditions:
a) The bicycle will travel under the responsibility of the owner, who will go on the same bus.
b) The bicycle must go in the storage hold, with the front wheel removed and the pedals and chain covered so as not to damage the rest of the luggage.
c) The transport of bicycles has an additional cost of €3.25.
Sí, siempre y cuando se cumplan las siguientes normas:
1. Los animales no deberán superar los 8 Kg de peso
2. Los usuarios que deseen llevar a su mascota en el autobús deben presentar la documentación en regla de la mascota al conductor. Esto podría incluir documentos de vacunación, licencia de tenencia o cualquier otro documento requerido por las regulaciones locales, sobre todo si éstas existen en relación al transporte de animales en vehículos de transporte regular de servicio público.
3. Los animales no podrán viajar solos, ni se hará cargo de ellos el personal de conducción (o cualquier otro de la empresa de transporte) en ningún caso. Deberán por tanto viajar acompañados por una persona con capacidad legal suficiente que responda de los actos de los animales. El dueño del animal tiene que mantenerlo controlado en todo momento. Los animales que viajan en los autobuses de Arriva Galicia son responsabilidad de la persona que viaja con ellos.
4. El dueño del animal es responsable de cualquier daño causado por este a cualquier otra persona o propiedad que se encuentre en el autobús. El coste de cualquier reparación o limpieza es a cargo del dueño del animal. Todos los animales se transportan bajo la responsabilidad de sus dueños y la empresa no es en ningún caso responsable de pérdidas ni de daños asociados a la deficiente gestión del animal o de los efectos que cause, sean de la naturaleza que sean.
5. Los animales serán portados en transportín, receptáculo u otro contenedor homologado cerrado e impermeable, sin ocupar asiento adicional a su cuidador y sin que produzcan molestias por su olor o ruido, o disminuyan, en general, el confort del resto de las personas viajeras. En caso de controversia al respecto, prevalecerá el criterio del personal de conducción pudiendo éste adoptar la decisión que le parezca razonable y proporcionada para evitar el mal mayor (p.ej. molestias al resto de viajeros, quejas significativas de otros pasajeros, ruido ambiente elevado o molesto, efectos insalubres derivados de la fisiología del animal, etc.). Igualmente, el conductor puede solicitar en cualquier momento que un animal sea bajado del autobús si molesta a los otros usuarios o tiene una conducta agresiva, peligrosa, molesta y/o insalubre.
6. Solo se admitirá un único animal por persona.
7. El número máximo de animales que podrá viajar de forma simultánea en un único trayecto en un autobús de más de 38 plazas será de tres, y de 1 cuando el número de plazas sea inferior a 38. El personal de conducción deberá denegar el acceso de cualquier animal adicional, debiendo el portador del mismo rehusar a su pretensión de embarcar con el animal y/o esperar la siguiente expedición en la que se pueda cumplir este requisito.
8. Tampoco podrá accederse al autobús con animales cuando no haya espacio disponible en el vehículo, o en franjas horarias de alta demanda (se fijan por esta compañía en los tramos de 7:00 a 9:00 y de 14:00 a 16:00h, sin perjuicio de que discrecionalmente puedan fijarse otros distintos por razón del servicio y del interés general).
9. Se exceptúan de todo lo señalado en el presente artículo los perros guías y de asistencia que acrediten estar autorizados para estas funciones por centros homologados, que podrán viajar, en todo momento, junto a la persona que asisten y en las condiciones que se establezcan en la normativa de aplicación.
10. El conductor puede denegar el acceso al autobús de un animal que no cumpla con los requisitos aquí expuestos.
11. Se cobrará un suplemento de 3,25 euros que deberá abonarse en efectivo.
