Prohibido viajar con patinete o bicicleta eléctrica
Se prohibe el acceso a los autobuses con patinetes eléctricos, bicicletas eléctricas o cualquier otro dispositivo de movilidad dotado de baterías eléctricas, con la única excepción de los vehículos de personas con movilidad reducida.Public transport users will have the right to obtain currency exchange up to a note of €20.
The company holding the concession will have the obligation to comply with the expeditions and schedules established by the administration and allow access, in said expeditions, to users who pay the price of the service as long as there are places available. Once they are occupied, there is no obligation to increase the number of buses in an expedition.
Passengers who carry objects that affect the comfort or safety of the rest of the occupants of the vehicle or who are accompanied by animals may be prevented from accessing the bus, except in the case of guide dogs accompanying blind passengers.
Children under five years of age accompanied by adults will not have to pay the price of the ticket, although they must give up their seat to other occupants when there are no empty seats, and in this case they must travel on the lap of the accompanying adult.
Passengers on public bus transport services will have the right to:
a) Have at their disposal vehicles in adequate technical and clean conditions.
b) The supply of complaint forms and indication of the procedure for the claim.
c) Make claims before the Arbitration Board of Galicia regarding those breaches of the transport company that have economic content.
d) To be able to identify on the front of the vehicle the name or logo of the concessionaire company and the identification of the concession, and origin and destination of the service that the bus is providing.
e) For any claim it will be mandatory to present the corresponding travel ticket.
The use of buses implies the acceptance by passengers of the following obligations:
a) Access to them through the front door and leaving through the rear or central door.
b) Non-interference with the driver while they are driving or causing inconvenience to the rest of passengers.
c) Give reserved seats to people with reduced mobility.
d) Access with packages or objects that, without being prohibited, hinder navigation inside the bus must be done following the drivers instructions and always trying to minimize inconvenience, for example, using the areas of the bus with more empty spaces.
Users of transportation services will be prohibited from:
a) Smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages, as well as eating inside the vehicle in the circumstances that are generally specified on the posters displayed inside the vehicle.
b) Lean out of the vehicle windows.
c) Make noise.
d) Reserve seats or occupy those intended for people with reduced mobility.
e) Practicing begging or carrying out propaganda or publicity activities.
f) Obstruct the passage or hinder the access or abandonment of the vehicle.
The breach of the obligations of the users and the fact of travelling without having an adequate ticket, constitute a minor infraction (art. 142.20 and 143.1 of Law 16/1987 of July 30 of the Regulation of Land Transport) that may determine the Imposition of a penalty of up to €200. It is mandatory to keep the ticket until the end of the journey.
Arriva informs users that the Xunta has proceeded to review fares, starting to rate per km travelled as of 08/14/2015.

Proof of delay can only be done from the offices, since to make said certificate, it is necessary to make certain checks to be able to prove said delay, these checks can take up to two days, which is the minimum time to have the information.
The stop request, both inside and outside the bus, must be made with enough time so that the driver can react and stop the vehicle without problems. In no case, a stop can be made outside the area designated for it.
Drivers are obliged to provide the information requested by users as long as they know it.
Arriva allows the transport of bicycles under the following conditions:
a) The bicycle will travel under the responsibility of the owner, who will go on the same bus.
b) The bicycle must go in the storage hold, with the front wheel removed and the pedals and chain covered so as not to damage the rest of the luggage.
c) The transport of bicycles has an additional cost of €3.25.
Si el autobús llega con retraso, Arriva no se hará responsable a menos que sea directamente culpable de dicho retraso. Además, no se responsabilizará por retrasos causados por circunstancias fuera de su control, como fuerza mayor o requisitos legales. Lamentamos cualquier inconveniente que esto pueda causar. Esta decisión se adopta por motivos de seguridad, y de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 89.3 del Real Decreto 1211/1990, del 28 de septiembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Ordenación de los Transportes Terrestres y el artículo 11.2 del Real Decreto 1428/2003, del 21 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento General de Circulación.
