We promote ethics and integrity

We know our suppliers, we offer a high level of transparency and therefore we demand the same from our suppliers. Our goal is to ensure compliance with ethical and honest management.
Conduct in the stock market

We have an internal regulation of conduct in the securities market to ensure integrity and transparency, especially in the treatment of information that could be considered privileged.

In addition, we have created the Monitoring Committee to ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct for Business Partners and Arrivas Internal Code of Conduct.
Relations wih suppliers

ARRIVAs ethical principles are also applicable in our relationship with suppliers. In fact, the ARRIVA Purchasing Policy and Procedures constitute a structural solution that facilitates integrity and efficiency in the Purchasing and Supply Chain. It must be taken into account that two thirds of the economic resources generated and managed by ARRIVA are dedicated to hiring suppliers and subcontractors.

Likewise, ARRIVA has established the obligation for all suppliers and subcontractors to know and respect the content of the ARRIVA Code of Conduct for Business Partners. Suppliers must also assume the commitment to comply with the 10 Principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
